Points from the Parents Association meetings held on 29th April 2013 and 21st May 2013

 

1. As our AGM will take place later this year, all members were asked to encourage new parents to become involved in the Parents Association.

 

2.Donations made to the Junior Girls All Ireland winning team and congratulations to the team were relayed by the members.

 

3.Church gate collections were granted for Kilbegnet and all other catchment areas for 2013.

 

4. Members agreed that funding allocations be given towards Book-Rental and Ranganna na Gaelige. A fundraising drive will take place later on in the year.

 

5. We wish to send the very best of luck to the Junior, LCA and Leaving Cert. students in their upcoming state exams.

 

6. We would like to thank the Principal, Board of Management and School Body for working alongside us during the year. We wish all a very happy summer break.
