Our second year and TY maths classes ran the distance of a trip to dublin and back to athlone on the running track last Thursday as part of our maths week celebrations.

Students of GCS will present a Business & Career Fair in the school on November 28th from 4 - 6pm. A host of business will be present featuring ECC timber, Boston Scientific, Meteor, Kirby Group, Ward & Burke, Actualise, Solas and many more. All are welcome to attend on the evening.

Our TY students took part in The Global Goals Challenge at Brigit’s Garden last week. They had to work together to overcome obstacles and complete hands-on tasks on the themes of local and global development.
