Well done to our Transition Years who completed a CPR course recently. The course was given by Marcella Gemmell (Paramedic) and PJ Brennan (Irish Heart Instructor) and the class are pictured holding the certs they received for completing the course..

Congratulations to Shannon McHugh and Ciara Keaveney who won the overall prize recently for their project “Ashes an undervalued nutrient” in the Scifest competition (Galway Mayo Region).

We would like to congratulate John Croghan who won the All Ireland Schools Playwright Competition on May 2nd. His One Act Play entitled 'Yearning' was chosen out of over 100 entries. We also commend Katie Brady on coming fourth overall in the same competition. A fantastic week for drama in the school!
